Denis Rajotte

Denis is a seasoned investor and finance and legal executive with close to 30 years of investing and capital markets and M&A advisory experience. He has invested across and led more than $65 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions spanning many sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, technology, industrials, materials and financials. Denis held senior investment banking roles including at Morgan Stanley and CIBC. He began his career as a corporate and M&A lawyer including at Shearman A&O in New York and Bennett Jones in Calgary. Denis is an advisory board member of MyEngene, an AIdriven pharmacogenomics company.
